Response times

We aim to reply within [ADD YOUR RESPONSE TIME, for example 1–2 business days], Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Help with a digital order

To help us resolve an order question in one reply, please include:

The email address used at checkout
Your Shopify order number
The name of the kit involved
What happened, and what you expected instead
The device and browser you used, if a download failed

If a download link has expired, a file will not open, or you were charged twice, tell us and we will look into it. See the Refund Policy for how digital orders are handled.

Privacy notice

Information you send us by email is used only to answer your message and to resolve your order. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted support. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information about your own clients. Read the Privacy Policy for detail on how information is handled.
